About us

Our whānau (family) have been a part of the Waiheke story since the 1930's when a Grandmother and Grandfather first met on the shores of Onetangi Beach. Our parents moved to Palm Beach in 1983, and we lived here throughout the 1980's. After exploring the world, we returned back to island life in 2007 for several years, before settling in Auckland city. 

We are now thrilled to be able to visit this piece of paradise often with our children, and also to share it with you!

We love hosting and supporting our guests at Palm Beach Cottages to experience the magic and joy we feel each time we swim in the ocean here or walk along the road and gaze at the spectacular views. We open our holiday home and guest cottage to you, so that you may get to enjoy the beauty that is Waiheke - island of dreams.
