TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Two night minimum (single night bookings incur a $50 surcharge). Public holiday weekends: 3 night minimum.
- Discounts available: 7 nights 10%; 4 weeks 20%. Please enquire about further off peak long term discounts.
- Public holiday weekends & peak summer season (26 Dec - 11 Jan) surcharge: $50/night.
- Cancellation policy: we require a 50% deposit in order to confirm a booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival, we refund in full, less a $100 cancellation fee. If cancelled 2-4 weeks prior to arrival, we refund 50% of the total booking amount. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, the booking is non refundable.

- Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
- Guests will be liable for any damages, accidental or otherwise.
